Entertainer Bill of Rights
You have the right to:
-
Work in a drug free environment; zero tolerance in this facility. Contrary to popular belief, drugs are not a standard part of this industry.
-
Earn plenty of money; you can not do that in a sea of 30 to 50 performers. We schedule enough performers so everyone makes money, not a select few
-
A proper audition; the "casting couch" no longer exists, welcome to the new age.
-
Not to be sexually harassed by your employer and staff.
-
Go to work, make your money and back home to your families without incident.
-
BCBS health insurance; Schedule 5 or more days and we will cover your premium.
-
Make a living; if you are not making a "minimum" of $700.00 per week then you're in the wrong industry or you might consider joining the army, they are always looking for few good women!
-
Work in a impeccable health rated facility "A" rating for the last 10 years running.
-
Pick your own music from the dressing room, via computer or intercome system.
-
A flawless main dressing room or if you prefer, a private executive powder room.
-
Work with professionals in a drama free environment.
-
Not to have your significant other (boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, etc.) tag along while you're at work. You have the right to work somewhere else that allows that.
-
Work in a facility; if it breaks it's fixed right away.
-
$2.00 tipping in this house.
-
Earn money in more ways than the three basics: stage, table and couch dancing. We have available: VIPER dances, your end $125, bedroom dances your end $30.00 per song and of course the limousine fantasy date, your end $100.00 every 15 minutes.
-
Set your own pricing for VIPER and limousine rides.
-
Not to sell: T-shirts, ball caps, golf balls or any other nightclub paraphernalia.
